COVID-19 Updates

With the recent extension of the "Stay at Home" order until April 30th, we are uncertain at this time when we will be permitted to reopen our doors and will be closed until further approval from the government (and hope each of you are staying home!).  

First and foremost, thank you to all who have reached out and checked in at this uncertain time, it is greatly appreciated from this small business -  Please watch this video for an important message!

 If The clients who have had an appointment scheduled during the time of mandated closing will be our number one priority when we are back in business. Therefore, I have temporarily suspended online booking so that no new appointments may be scheduled until everything is situated.   

The stylists and colorists will be adding additional days and hours to accommodate everyone's schedules and have you looking and feeling your best again. As soon as we get a clear open date from the government, we will be in contact with everyone who had an appointment scheduled individually. No appointments that are currently pre-booked for the future (post re-open) will be asked to move. 

While we know and love that amazing hair has been an essential in each of your lives, as a very high touch business, it is priority that our clients and entire team stay safe!  Most importantly, that they don't bring home and spread this virus to immune compromised loved ones and their communities. This is another reason why we will not be implementing "house calls." 

We kindly ask that if you have any questions you please call the salon directly at 610.941.0955 rather than our team's personal phone numbers. I will be checking messages as frequently as I can and am happy to assist you. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding during this uncertain time as we navigate our status on a day to day basis. 


In the meantime we invite you to consider 4 things! 

1. ROOT for us!  - Please do not panic and grab the box dye, one box dye may feel like a "temporary" solution, but you will be paying for a color correction later down the line when we are back to our regularly scheduled programming. We will need each other at the end of this! Everyone should be #stayingathome and #socialdistancing. Going on a walk with a girlfriend (6 feet apart) pop on a baseball cap or wear a cute headband. Show us your roots - our longest roots will get a COMPLIMENTARY COLOR REFRESH service. In the meantime use temporary color spray or powder!

2. Write a Review - If you find yourself with some downtime, we'd love to hear from you and have you share the Luxe Love on Google or Facebook - little reviews go such a long way in helping support our small business


3. Follow us and interact on social media -  During this time we will try to provide you with awesome content like How to Properly Wash Your Hair , build a gratitude jar , and a fun new game called Name that Luxe Lady. Social media is a great way for us all to stay connected during this time 

4. Self-Care - I hope you will please take this new found season we are in to consider taking up a practice in self-care that will also build immunity! For example, a brisk walk outside, cooking nourishing foods, a meditation practice, a yoga practice,  or getting out in nature.
